USA: Delivery is $15 for orders under $187. Delivery is free for orders over $187.
UK: Delivery is £15 for orders under £150. Delivery is free for orders over £150.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order will be delivered in approximately 2-3 weeks from the time of purchase.
We ship via UPS Express:

- International Delivery: Once dispatched, expect delivery within 2-3 business days to most global locations.
The overall delivery time frame includes processing, printing, and shipping.
What is the size of the card?

Is the card blank inside, or can I add a personalised message?
The inside of the card is blank, giving you space to write your own personalised message. Please note that a small 'Clementina Sketchbook' logo is printed on each product.
Are envelopes included with the cards?
Yes! Make sure you select the colour you want!
Can I purchase different One Element card designs in the same order?
Yes, you can! To purchase different One Element cards within the same order, simply select your first design, add it to your cart, and then return to the product page to select the next design. Repeat this process for each design you’d like to include in your purchase.
What paper quality is used?
Our cards and place cards are 350gsm textured paper
